THE LOCKERBIE AIR - DISASTER

PART (D)

Zurich, 09.Sept.2002

PUBLIC LETTER TO PRIME MINISTER "TONY BLAIR", DOWNING STREET 10, LONDON U.K.

INTERNET- Public letter

Mr Tony Blair esq
Prime Minister
10 Downing Street
SW1 London 1A
UNITED KINGDOM

Zurich, September 09, 2002

Dear Mr Prime Minister

I address this letter to you in view of my position as being also innocent victim carrying heavy damage from the so called Lockerbie-affair but also in the name of numerous people and organizations who have become victims:

-The people of Libya
-Col Muammar al-Gaddafi

-Mr Amin Khalifa Fhimah, released after being accused
-Mr Abdelbaset al-Megrahi, found guilty and sentenced life-long imprisonment

-The family of Mr Amin Khalifa Fhimah
-The family of Mr Abdelbaset al-Megrahi, his wife and five minor kids

-Malta Air, Malta
-MEBO Communications Ltd, Zurich, Switzerland
-Mr. Erwin Meister and Edwin Bollier, owners of MEBO Ltd

The defence team of MEBO has carried out comprehensive and intensive research work after the termination of the doubtful Lockerbie-trial in Kamp van Zeist. The result of this investigation is clear and sensational:
We can prove, that there was
NO "bomb-bag" from AirMalta Flight KM 180 to PanAm 103A! The alleged "Malta-Bomb" bag Nbr B-8849 was a bag from Berlin-Tegel (Flight PA 643).

If this finding proves to be the truth, the whole "Malta-Story" will collapse. Since the indictment is strongly based on that Malta-issue, it will no longer be of relevance and the trial against Mr Abdelbaset al Megrahi must go into revision. Let me quote here United Nations observer Professor Hans Koechler: "The publication to the judgement in Kamp van Zeist is political"!

All in all, we had to gain the conviction, that Mr Abdelbaset al Megrahi became political prisoner based on a negligent, conspirative construct against Libya with the result that he is innocently serving in a Scottish prison.
I invite you to have a look into our various publications "
BREAKING NEWS" Section A-B-C-D on our homepage. Since your Labour MP Tam Dalyell announced in late July 2002 that "the Lockerbie bomber was innocent", we strongly believe that an official investigation should take place immediately, taking into account the new facts and findings in order to avoid THE justice-scandal of the century. We, being second grade victims, shall not spare any effort and undertake any legal action in order to fight for the truth in the "Lockerbie-affair".

I do ask you take action in the interests of truth finding and justice and I would like to respectfully submit the following proposals:

-enable and enforce fresh inquiry with specific focus on Bag No B-8849 and the fragment of MEBO manufactured Timer MST-13.

-release Mr Abdelbaset al Megrahi during the time of fresh inquiry under electronic house detention (GPS surveillance) in this house in Glasgow together with his wife and sons.

-clarification demands for a bail deposit of as much as ten million pounds.

Thank you for your attention.
Very truly yours

MEBO LTD
Edwin Bollier

Mr. Abdelbaset al-Megrahi`s appeal to the European Court of Human Rights.

The man convicted of the Lockerbie bombing is a "scapegoat", Britain`s longest serving Member of Parliament (MP) said on Wednesday. MP Tam Dalyell is backing Libyan Abdelbaset al-Megrahi`s appeal to the European Court of Human Rights.
The Linlithgow MP held a two hour Barlinnie prison meeting with al-Megrahi and his lawyer, Eddy MacKechnie, just hours ahead of the legal challenge. "I give him total support," Dalyell told ePolitix.com.

Somebody altered the time-window and the flight number PA-637/639 from Berlin Tegel, on the work-sheet "Halle Mitte" on December 21, 1988!

Excerpt from justice document, Kamp van Zeist, about work-sheet:
Witness number 806 Mr. Joachim Koscha

-------Q-Did you work at the airport for the authority known as FAG?---A- Yes.--------
-------Q- If you can next move, please, to image 51. And we see this relates to coding station in
Halle Mitte; is that correct?---A-Yes.---Q-And the third entry down there bears to have a starting time of 17.06 but no concluding time; is that correct?---A-It is.---Q- Do we also see that according to this worksheet, the employees who are doing the work are a Mr. J.Gok, is that correct, and Mr. Arslan?---A-Yes.---Q- Yet is correct that apparently the signature opposite the entry which I directed your attention to, that begins at 17.06, would appear to be another individual altogether?---A-Yes, it's Mr. Rucker. I read it as Rucker.---Q-Are you able to offer any explanation as to why his name should suddenly appear there?---A- If you like, I could go through the possibilities here, if you'd like me depict those.---Q-Yes---A-It's possible that Mr. Rucker came to the interline station and that he did some work there, that perhaps Mr. Gok and Mr. Arslan were on a break and they put him onto own worksheet as a proof that had he worked, and also for a time record. I have to say that that would be the explanation that would occur to me now. And I think that is a realistic possibility.---Q- Do you see above the entry to which I've directed your attention, which is countersigned by Mr. Rucker, there is asignature there which would appear, on the face of it, perhaps not to be complete, but certainly apparently not that of either Mr. Rucker, Mr. Gok, or Mr. Arslan?---A-Yes, I would say it's not either Gok or Arslan. This is just one piece of luggage, I think, that we are talking about here. And if we are trying to explaine this, I mean, would you like me to try and explain it?---Q- First of all, if you are prepared to accept that there would appear to be a fourth entry in terms of--in the column headed up " Names of Coders". It's certainly not in the form Mr. Gok has signed the other entries, nor Mr. Arslan, nor indeed the one signature by Mr. Rucker.---A-I have to say, I didn't look at the precise signature of Mr. Rucker.---Q Well, it's apparent, is it not, Mr. Koscha, on the face of it, that what bears to be a signature above-- in the box above Mr. Rucker's signature may well be incomplete?---A-Yes.---Q- And would certainly not, on the face of it, be either Mr. Gok or Mr. Gokee (phonetic), Mr.Arslan, or Mr. Rucker?---A-Yes.---Q- There would appear to be a fourth individual?---A-Yes.---Q-And it would appear that the quantity of baggage that was coded through at this point was in fact half a wagon?---A-Yes.---Q- Which would be, clearly, more than one piece of baggage?---A-Yes.---Q-Can I ask you to look at image 53, please. And again, is this a coding station in Halle Mitte, and does the name "Kechter" appear at the top of the sheet?---A- It says "Kechter" at the top, but this is from the middle hall, Halle Mitte. That is what is being crossed here. It's not "V3", it's "hall middle".---Q- And do we see in the entry fourt from the bottom, which has initials "AA" in the left-hand column--- A- Yes.---Q- That coding begann 7.13 but finnished at 6.19?---A- This is not logical.---Q- There's is obviously an error in entry. It should be 7.19, one would expect; is that correct?---A- Yes. I think you have to look at when the AA was on-block. I think you could calculate it back the way like that. But, I'm sorry, I can say no more than that.---Q- Logically, given the times that precede this entry and the times that follow it, the person, Mr.Kechter, has entered "6.19" in error and it should be "7.19?---A-Yes, that would be plausible.---Q-Thank you, Image 54, please. And again this relates to Mr. Kechter in the same hall, the second-bottom entry, please. Does that show coding begins at 9.15, but there is no time entered for the end of the coding exercise?---A-Yes.---Q- Next, please, if you look at image 57. I'm sorry, image 58. My fault. Do we see that there appears to be a cross in the box for the middle hall, and an entry which perhaps has been erased in the box relating to V3?---A-Yes.---Q- And do the first two entries reveal a starting time but no finishing time?---A-Yes.-----------------------
+ 6 additional error's

Excerpt:-------------------Q- Next, if you look at image 73, please. And again this relates to the middle hall, and do we see that the third entry from the top begins at 9.26 but has no end time entered?---A-Yes.---Q- And do we see that the entry which precedes the entry which I've pointed out to you at 9.26 deals with luggage coded between 9.27 and 9.33?---A-Yes.---Q- So the entry for 9.26 would appear to be out of sequence, because it comes after the entries for 9.27 to 9.33?---A-Yes.---Q-The third entry from the bottom, please, bears to begin-- is that 11.10, or 11.16?---A-11.10. That's how I would read it.---Q- I wonder if---you would read it as "11.10" Mr. Koscha.---A- Yes.---Q-Thank you. The preceding entry appears to relate to a beginning of 11.02 and an end time of 11.15.---A-Yes.---Q- In any event, the entry which you think reads "11.10" has got no end time, is that correct?---A-Yes.---Q-Thank you.

Next, image 74, please. And the third entry down from the top, please. Does that disclose no starting time?---A-Yes.---Q- And does it disclose a finishing time of 12.03?---A-Yes.---Q-In relation to one wagon of baggage?---A-Yes.
---Q-Does the preceding entry also disclose a finishing time of 12.03?---A-Yes.
---
Q- The entry in the third--the third entry, then, cannot be accurate, assuming the preceding one is?---A- At least I would say it's not understandable.---Q- Thank you.

And in relation to both these entries--thats the second one from the top and the third one from the top--the flight numbers would appear to have been altered?---A- I think they have been overwritten.---Q-Overwritten. Image 76, please. The third entry, please, from the bottom, discloses coding between 18.25 and 18.40.--- A-yes.-------ect.-------more additional error's ect.

Reconstruction worksheet
demo-sheet

Remember: The 11 bags from PanAm flight PA-637/639, (Berlin Tegel), coding in "Halle Mitte" (HM-4) between the time 11.59 and 12.03. The total-coding between this time was 11 bags from PA-637/639. The flight No. PA-637/639 was altered on this current work-sheet!!! Also the starting time from the coding, was missing!!!
(see also PTM-telex PA-637/639/107/103A from 21.12.1988, 10'55)

The fact is: "Which person is responsible for this criminal alteration on the worksheet, and the hiding from PTM-Telex PA-637/639/107/103A"?

This is why the Investigation Commission and the Court at Kamp van Zeist didn't know anything about the PanAm-airliner flight PA-637 from Berlin-Tegel !

The evidence material:
- The logbook from the "Trafic Assistant" by division F11 at FAG, Mr. Gunther Karsteliner. This logbook indicate the daily in-and outgoing flights from airport Frankfurt and notice. (Production 1062)
- Image 3, was the protocol page for that particular day 21. December 1988: Flight PanAm PA-124~103A, take-off time 16`53, flight PanAm PA-637/639 delayed arrival in FRA, from Berlin-Tegel, time 11`40, flight PanAm PA-107A, FRA take-off time 10`02~ arrival in London Heathrow, time am 11`42.
- FAG logbook from Control/off block Channel
- Worksheet from "Halle Mitte, HM-4", image 76, date 21.Dec.1988, flight PA-637/639 (altered),

smoke

Which significancy has the mysterious "spectacle" of a smoke coming from a suitcase near the current coding station no. 206, shortly before beginning with the baggage coding from AirMalta, flight KM-180?

Mr. Graf is a member of staff from FAG, FA-32. This is baggage handling, a service department at Airport Frankfurt. Mr. Graf was not interviewed as witness in Kamp van Zeist!

Excerpt from justice document, Kamp van Zeist. about FAG security log in FRA. Witness number 806 Mr. Joachim Koscha:

----------Q-Could I ask you now, please, to have a look on the screen at Production 1077. It will be image 504. I wonder if we could scroll down just a little, so we can see the top of this document, please. Thank you. I think this is the FAG security log, Mr. Koscha, for 21st December 1988.---A-Yes.---Q- And if you look, please, at the fourth entry down.---A-Yes.---Q-Do we see there an entry numbered 54129, and a time of 13'01?---A-Yes---Q- And does the text read that: Smoke coming from a suitcase?---A-Yes.---Q- And does the next column indicate who reported this?---A-Yes. This was Mr. Graf, a member of staff from FA-32. This is baggage handling, a service department. ---
---Q- So on the face of it,
one minute past 1'00 in the afternoon, 21st December 1988, in hall V3, there was a problem apparently with smoke coming from a suitcase, and does the next column describe the outcome of this alert, namely, that the case was checked, no known cause?---A-Yes.---Q- Thank you. Now, can I ask you again to have before you, please, Production 1061, image 103. And this the worksheet record for hall V3 on 21st December '88 in the name Mr. Muller and Mr. Graf?---A-Yes.---Q And does that show that the position within hall V3, the coding station at which these gentlemen were working is number 207?---A-Yes.--------

Remember: The coding time from the baggage, AirMalta flight KM-180 at coding station no. 206 in hall V3, was between 13'04-13'10. (incl. the alleged "Malta bomb bag" no. B-8849, codingtime 13'07)

The time (13`01) that the luggage from MaltaAir flight KM180 arrived by code to station no.206 in hall V3, was exact the same time (13`01), when the "agitation" started: "smoke coming from a suitcase", by the neighbouring coding station no.207!

Notice: The distance from the coding station no. 206 to 207 was about 8 metres away.

Why doesn't the coder, as a witness, know anything about the problem of a apparent smoke coming from a suitcase?

Excerpt from justic document, Kamp van Zeist;- Witness Andreas Schreiner number 824:
--------Q- Do you work at Frankfurt Airport, Mr. Schreiner?---A-Yes.-----------A I was a shop steward, supervisor.---Q- Was there a job function sometimes described as the interline writer?---A- Yes.---Q-Was that a job performed by a supervisor?---A- Exclusively by a supervisor.---Q-And did you perform that job in December of 1988?---A-Yes.---Q- Did you sometimes do that job in the area known as V3?---A- On that day, yes.---------
----------Q- And did you note the time that the luggage arrived in V3?---A-Yes.---Q- Would you look for me, please, to the bottom of the page that's on the screen at the moment. Is the last entry in your writing? ---A-Yes.---Q- And does it record
luggage arriving in V3 from flight KM180?---A-Yes.---Q-Parked at position 141?---A-Yes.---Q-With on-block time of 12'48?---A-Yes.---Q- What time does it record arrival of luggage from that flight at V3?---A- 13'01---Q- Were any containers of luggage brought?---A- No.---Q-How many wagons were brought?---A- One wagon.----------
-----------Q- Do you remember, throug, in relation to coding station 207, on the day in question, the 21st of December 1988, wheter there was an incident apparently caused by smoke emanating, coming out of a bag or suitcase that was being handled, processed, at that station, and that this incident happened at about 13'00 hours?---
A-No, I don't know anything about that.------------

Excerpt; Witness no. 782 Mr. Mehmet Candar:

-------------Q-Where do you work?---A- At Frankfurt Airport.-------------Q-Do you sometimes work at the coding areas in V3?---A-Yes.------------Q-Do you remember, Mr. Candar, on the 21st of December 1988, if there was an incident in hall V3 at the station, coding station next to yours, number 207?---A- I don't remember. I don't remember anything like that.---Q- Was there an incident at about 13'00 hours involving suspected smoke coming from a bag at the neighbouring coding station?---A- I don't remember. I don't--I cannot remember.---Q- You don't remember?---A-I don't remember.

MEBO's commentary:

Nobody, besides Mr. Graf, had heard or seen anything about the incident. A smoke came from a suitcase on December 21st at 13'01, shortly befor the baggage from AirMalta flight KM-180 was coded! (Incident entry numbered 54129 in the FAG security log)

Was the mysterious "spectacle" of a smoke coming from a suitcase a turnaway from the criminal action, to infiltrate Mr. Eggleston accompanied bag from ex-flight PanAm-643 to the AirMalta baggage from flight KM-180 at this time?

Or was the incident numbered 54129, "smoke coming from a suitcase" in the FAG security log, not true, but served as a code for somebody, that Eggleston bag was on the way to PanAm 103A?

Or was this entry in the security log reserved for an alibi to cover the criminal handling?

Within the new "Lockerbie Inquiry" this incidence must be flood with!

TELEFAX
Zurich, October 14, 2002

from Aoude Media

No End to "Lockerbie-affair".

After the new defense team for Mr. Abdelbaset al Megrahi, acting under the Scottish attorney Mr. Eddie MacKechnie, has filed an "appeal" to the European Court of Human Rights, the next step to be called is the "Scottish Criminal Cases Review Comission".

A vast investigation into the "Lockerbie Case", carried out by MEBO, has found that fundamental, important facts (evidence that could have freed Megrahi) has not been, or despite knowledge did possibly not want to be, taken into consideration by the former defense team Duff and Taylor! Additionally there was the tactics of Duff and Taylor, trying to make the Crownwitness Edwin Bollier (MEBO Ltd) look intrustable in front of the court!

What concerns Bollier is that he has nothing to change regarding his testimonies. He stands to the truthfulness of all his witness testimonies, something that cannot be said of some other witnesses! His role as a witness is thus closed.

Thus Edwin Bollier departs from his status as a witness in the "Lockerbie Case" and will from now on stand on the side of Mr. Abdelbaset al Megrahi, the state of Libya and the firm (?) MEBO Ldt, as an advisor and expert. The tragic errors that wre made by the former defense team Duff and Taylor during court proceedings and during the appeal proceedings, will be exposed in the most rigorous manner!

The ex Defense Team Duff&Taylor was not fully qualified to deal with the extremely intricate case"! The ex-defense lawyers did not their jobs properly!

Die Manipulation am "Worksheet" No. 0000074 von "Counterstation" (HM-4), Halle Mitte, Airport Frankfurt.

Originalkopie Worksheet vom 21.12.1988

1.- Die Interstell No. 5 links oben, auf dem "Worksheet" No.0000074 stimmte nicht mit dem Computer Codierstations-Code: (S-0072+Zeit), überein!

Zur Erinnerung:
Codierstationen in (Halle Mitte,
HM)

HM-5=Code (S-0070+Zeit)
HM-4=Code (S-0072+Zeit)
HM-3=Code (S-0074+Zeit)
HM-2=Code (S-0076+Zeit)
HM-1=Code (S-0078+Zeit)

Beispiel:

Airplane
Flug-Nr.
Cod.Beg.-
Ende.
Cont.No.
Wag
Codier (Name)

--"--

Somit entstand die Täuschung No.(157).

ST-22 in 53338 Meckenheim DL.

Stay tuned .....
