1st of November, 2009 A convincing study on the fraud of the PT-35 (MST-13 timer fragment) for the last "non-believers". The confrontation between the regular chronology (1989 to 2000) of the MST-13 timer circuit Board (prototype), supposedly discovered in Lockerbie, and the fake and manipulated chronology (1989 to 2000) of the PT-35 (MST-13) Circuit Board, from the expert Tom Thurman (FBI), United States, Thomas Heyes, and Allen Feraday, both from (RARDE) UK and from some person from Scottish Police, is in work in process and will shortly be published. Some of the Scottish Officials are the true criminals in the Lockerbie Affair are responsible for manipulating evidence in the Lockerbie Affair and are still protected by the Scottish Justice ! (They are not involved in the PanAm 103 bombing, but responsible for the conspiracy against Libya). Notices the words from ex FBI Task Force chief Richard Marquise for those it applies: If someone manipulated evidence, if somebody didn't invesitgate something that should have been investigated, if somebody twisted it to fit up up Megrahi, or Fimah or Libya, then that person will go to jail. I mean that sincerely, that person should be prosecuted for that! |

Zurich, 27 0ctober, 2009 Britain Police reopen Lockerbie bombing case Scottish police say they are investigating new lines of inquiry in the 1988 Lockerbie bombing case. Detectives have relaunched investigations into the details surrounding the Pan Am 103 bombing, like the manipulated MST-13 Timerfragment (PT-35). |

October 19th, 2009 Lockerbie: the truth is finally coming out... Slowly Pandora's box is opening and it becomes obvious that British and US secret services were actively participating in involving Libya and its official, Mr Abdelbaset Al-Megrahi, into the Lockerbie tragedy! Michael Meacher's blog says: +++ What the legal documents reveal is that the key prosecution witness, Tony Gauci, a Maltese shopkeeper, and his brother had been secretly given rewards of $3 million in a deal discussed by Scottish detectives and the US Government. Gauci had given the crucial evidence at the trial declaring that Megrahi had bought clothes later used in the suitcase that allegedly contained the Lockerbie bomb. No other evidence connected Megrahi to the bomb. Now for the first time these latest documents disclose that in 1989 the FBI told the Scottish police that they wanted to offer Tony Gauci "unlimited money" and $10,000 straightaway. The US Justice Department was also asked to pay a further £1 million to Gauci's brother who did not give evidence, but halped to identify the clothing and to "maintain the resolve of his brother". The implications of these revelations are sensational. These secret payments were brought to light by the Scottish Criminal Cases Review Commission, with many references contained in the private diaries of the detectives involved, though not in their official notebooks. Other highly relevant evidence is made known for the first time by these documents. They disclose that in 23 police interviews before the trial Gauci gave contradictory evidence about the person buying the clothes, his age, appearance, and the date of purchase. +++ SCCRC: "Malta material", concerning miscarriage of justice:

3rd of October, 2009 Is the dropping of the successful promising "Lockerbie appeal invalid and must be set back to the status from 19/20 August, 2009? Professor Dr. Hans Koechler, UN Observer during "Lockerbie trial" held in Kamp van Zeist points out a servere error, which was not happening for the first time: According to Scottish law, it is NOT necessary that a convicted shall with drawal his demand for reappeal in order to profit from a so called "compassionate release". Such with drawal would have been necessary only, if Mr Adelbaset Al Megrahi would have been returned to his home country on the basis of the agreement between Libya and Great Britain referring to the mutual transfer of prisoners. It lacks of any reason, that Mr Megrahi has abandoned his right, that the reappeal-procedure shall continue also in the case of his sudden death. It is well possible, that Mr Megrahi was not informed/consulted correctly during his stay in prison. There is a vital danger, that this fatal error will deeply influence the jurisdiction in the case in question. Professor Dr Koechler explained to me personaly, that it is a generaly accepted principle of right, that such decision is only valid, wehn this desicion has been made in full liberty. Professor Koechler has furthermore immediately after the desicion of with drawal was made public asked, that all circumstances, which have lead to this desicion must be 100% cleared-including the role, which was "played" by his (Megrahi's) defense-team! MEBO states the following: The publication of Mr Megrahi's appeal-documents on his internet-webpage for the sake of clearing his name is a clear indice, that the "dropping" of his appeal was NOT based on his free will: Why so? / Possible answers 1. Mr Megrahi was not protected to absolutely avoid a legally wrong decision by the present lawyer Tony Kelly; 2. Mr Megrahi was possibly set under drugs which resulted in the fact, that his medical ability was out of control; 3. Mr Megrahi was intentionable wrongfully informed about his legal possibilities ; 4. Mr Megrahi was blackmailed by facts, which have nothing to do with the PanAm 103 attack and were clearly aimed do drop the appeal; 5. It would have been the clear duty of the Lord Advocates at the appeal court in Edinburgh, to learn Mr Megrahi, that a dropping of the appeal-issue would not influence the 'compassionate release'! °°° In a TV interview with Al Jazeera, Libyan Leader Muammar Gaddafi has denied any deal was done to secure the release of the only man, Abdelbaset Al Megrahi, convicted of the Lockerbie bombing and this problem ended. He said also: "It is not possible anymore to talk about clearing Libya or not Mr. Megrahi was the only person who had the right to appeal to the European Court, but as I said because of his illness and release it seems that there is no need for an appeal". In a other interview: With regard to Lockerbie case, Leader Gaddafi said that Libya has not accepted culpability, and only took responsibility for the actions of its citizens. "We never acknowledged any guilt ... and Libya was never indicted in any court as responsible!" MEBO states that the Leader of Libya Mr Gaddafi was intentionable wrong informed by his Scottish solicitors! Firstly, Mr Megrahi would not have been forced in this moment in time to apply the European Court, since the dropping of his appeal, and if this would be the fact, the High Court in Edinburgh would fully remain in duty. Mr Abdelbaset Al Megrahi personaly, his family, the Libyan People, the families of the victims of PA 103 and any person and/or organization, who suffered either morally or financially, like MEBO, from this tragedy are definitely asking for a true, rightful and final decision of the second appeal on the High Court in Edinburgh! We ask Mr Al Megrahi to use his good and guaranteed right with draw the wrongful dropping of his appeal, stating a declaration dated from 19/20 August, 2009 which should be formulated and substantiated by his Libyan lawer and then immediadely submitted to the Scottish Justiciary in Edinburgh! In order to restaurate the prestige and the honour of Libya and the whole Libyan People we again ask the respective unknown government (possible Switzerland or Germany) which has delivered to the United Kingdom, on September 13, 1996, a document under 'National Security' (PII), please give to Justice Secretary MacAskill the granted permission for opening PII for exoneration Libya's and public interests. If Megrahi not make use of its right and will take back the dropping of his appeal -- the internationally media and the victim families of PA-103 will say -- the Megrahi's transfair was definitive dependent from a BP oil deal between UK and Libya... by Edwin and Mahnaz Bollier °°° Mr. Abdelbaset Al Megrahi "innocence proof" could clear his name on >>> www.megrahimystory.net °°° Scottish police officers took an active role in the MST-13 timer affair (PT-35) and in seeking a US$ 3 mio-plus reward pay out, for the key witness Tony Gauci and his brother, in the Lockerbie bombing trial! |

MISSION LOCKERBIE, 13th of September, 2009
The LOCKERBIE-CASE is the Biggest Fraud in the History of Scotland! |
||||||
The crucial evidence for the indictement of Libya, Megrahi and Fhimah; the MST-13 timer planted in Lockerbie originates from Eng. Lumpert's handmade prototype MST-13 timer printed circuit board (PC-board) given via the Swiss police, without Bollier's knowing, to the Scottish police. This handmade brown coloured prototype timer circuit board was not yet operable because no electronic parts were soldered on! When the Scottish police noticed, after Bollier's personal interview, that they had planted a brown coloured timer (not delivered to Libya), they exchanged one part of Lumpert's MST-13 timer fragment by a fragment fabricated from a machine made green coloured Thüring board, confiscated in Zurich at Thüring. Thüring had delivered green coloured MST-13 timer circuit boards to MEBO which were later installed in the MST-13 timers sold to Libya. All these manipulations can be traced back and are provable beyond any doubt by MEBO, the manufacturer of MST-13 timers.
This manipulated MEBO MST-13 timer fragment No. PT-35B used for the incrimination of Libya and its official Mr. Abdelbaset Al Megrahi, in the PanAm 103 bombing was produced by Scottish Officials! Call for UN inquiry into the Lockerbie bombing! From Times and Robert Blacks Bloc, It reads in parts: An independent inquiry into the Lockerbie bombing was called for a leading human rights *lawyer. |
| MISSION LOCKERBIE: 2nd of September 2009 The dropping of the successful promising "Lockerbie appeal" was the central part for the freedom of Mr. Abdelbaset Al Megrahi! Behind the surprising release of the innocent Mr. Abdelbaset Al Megrahi, did not stand an "Oil Deal" nor a ''Prisoner Transfer Agreement" with Libya, but the FEAR of Scotland's and Great Britain's, before the result and open secrets of the current Appeals (miscarriage of justice) and the following damages compensation from Libya up to 40 billion US$! For this legal mission the secretary of Scottish Judiciary, Kenny MacAskill, needed from Mr. Megrahi, the dropping of the successful promising "Lockerbie-Appeal" and a medical certificate for a maximum 3 months life span. The truth is: The "Lockerbie-Affair" (not the PanAm 103 tragedy) was a UK conspiracy against Libya! Mr. Megrahi persisted on its innocence and will clear his name. He wants to start a limited criminal investigation over the manipulated circumstantial evidences in relation to the newest defence evidences. Possible in Scotland or a larger EU or United Nations investigation into the case. Mr. Megrahi cannot be undoubtedly the Lockerbie Bomber ! Some of the Scottish Officials are the true criminals in the "Lockerbie Affair": ex-forensic scientist Dr. Thomas Hayes (RARDE) UK, ex-forensic expert Allen Feraday (RARDE) UK and three known persons of the Scottish police are responsible for manipulating evidence in the Lockerbie Affair and are still protected by the Scottish Justice! (They are not involved in the PanAm 103 bombing, but responsible for the conspiracy against Libya). The large chance for Mr. Megrahi is coming to be cleared up with a complete investigation in the Lockerbie-Conspiracy against Libya. The honour of Mr. Megrahi and the prestige of Libya must be finally repaired. Libya and its Official Mr. Megrahi have nothing to do with the Lockerbie tragedy! The Scottish "Lockerbie-Trial" in Kamp van Zeist, was far from fair and proper! The Conservative Leader, David Cameron calls on 1st of September 2009 for a Lockerbie inquiry! |

ALLAHU AKBAR ! ALLAHU AKBAR ! ALLAHU AKBAR ! Mr Abdelbaset Ali Mohmed Al Megrahi Mr. Abdelbaset Al Megrahi, cordially welcome in your homeland Libya. We wish you to get well soon. Judges have accepted Mr. Abdulbaset al Megrahi’s request to drop an appeal against his conviction - a move that will open the way for him to return to Libya ! |
| BBC News - 17/08/'09 - The Times claims the Scottish government has buckled under American pressure and will not be releasing the man jailed for the Lockerbie bombing. ... MISSION LOCKERBIE: Attention ! A new desaster may happen in the Lockerbie case, if Megrahi's defence does not build in a "security mechanism" into the withdrawal of Megrahi's appeal. It is obvious that Megrahi is innocent and that the obstructions of the Scottish appeal court in Edinburgh aimed at worsening his cancer to force him to withdraw his current appeal under the PTA. On August 18, 2009 Megrahi's lawer Mr. Toni Kelly will proceed the withdrawal of Mr Megrahi's appeal at the High Court in Edinburgh ! The Defense Team must build in a "security mechanism" into the withdrawal of the appeal to allow Mr. Megrahi to continue his appeal without delay and reestablish the Status Quo; in case of the likely no of the US State Departement to release Mr Megrahi either on compassionate grounds or under the PTA agreement. In 2007, after a four-year study, the Scottish Criminal Case Reappeal Commission granted Megrahi his request for appeal and indicated the Libyan might have been wrongfully convicted (presumable a miscarriage of justice in 6 points). We have learned of a written agreement between the US and the UK that in the Lockerbie case the US State Department has the final say and decides the proceedings with UK and Scotland. It is likely that after actions like "Keep Lockerbie Bomber Locked Up" by US Secretary of State, Mrs Hillary Clinton, to not release the Lockerbie bomber from a Scottish prison, Scottish Justice Secretary Kenny MacAskill respectively the Sottish Parliament will stop Megrahi's repatriation. Hopefully Megrahi's defence team has reflected on the possibility of continuing Megrahi's appeal and will take proper precautions. If the Scottish Justice accelerates the appeal - all judges beeing healthy - Megrahi could still have his name cleared quickly and go as an innocent and free man back to his country and his family. Questions: Did Solicitor Tony Kelly take all needed precautions to allow Megrahi to continue his appeal without delay? And was there a secret deal between Solicitor Kelly and Scottish Justice Secretary Kenny MacAskill to prevent a further investigation into the Lockerbie affair? By the way, some of the Scottish Officials are the true criminals in the Lockerbie Affair: Ex forensic scientist Dr. Thomas Hayes (RARDE), Ex forensic expert Allen Feraday (RARDE) UK and three known persons of the Scottish police are protected but responsible for manipulating evidence in the Lockerbie-Affair! (Not involved at the PanAm 103 assassination attempt, only responsible for the conspiracy against Libya) The last bad intern news: Mr. Megrahi must stay in Scotland, very sorry for Mr. Megrahi and his familie. Nevertheless the truth triumphs for Mr. Megrahi and Libya! Justice For Abdelbaset Al Megrahi and Libya ! ebol, more soon... |
|
The Scottish Lord connection: "Hello USA and UN, we have a problem, what are we supposed to do?"
The Scottish Justiciary has a serious problem in the "Lockerbie-Affair" and is blameworthy for not covering up criminal facts executed by officials of its own law enforcement. Each accused, also Mr. Abdelbaset Al Megrahi, has the right for a human and legally fair procedure. Now it is obvious that the 'Lockerbie-Tragedy' was misused for a conspiracy against Libya with criminal participation of Scottish Officials! This is the reason why Scottish media were gagged! Some of the Scottish Officials and known persons of the Scottish Police are the true criminals in the cover-up of the Lockerbie conspiracy against Libya! (not in the bombing of PanAm 103) Mr. Al-Megrahi has consistently maintained his innocence and has vowed to stay in Scotland and win his freedom back through the appeal courts. This is the right way for him to go back to his homeland Libya. The manipulated evidence material shows clearly that Mr Megrahi and Libya have nothing to do with the Lockerbie Tragedy! Photos, documents and falsification evidence material, can be seen on our webpage. No further delays in the Lockebie-Appeal! Recommendation: Start of a world wide media campaign under the 'Mission of Lockerbie' and urge for an independent international tribunal. A world wide media campaign is in preparation and started soon to urge for an independent international tribunal of the Lockerbie affair in favour of the political hostage, Libyan Official Mr. Abdelbaset Al Megrahi, Libya and the bereaved of the victims of flight PanAm 103. An extraordinary tribunal appointed by the UN would prove Libya's innocence and clear up the Scottish manipulations which lead to the biggest miscarriage of justice in the history of Scotland. Today it is clear that with deliberately manipulated evidence Libya and its Official, Mr Abdelbaset al Megrahi, had been convicted unjustly. This must be regarded as a breach of international law and human rights. Such an extraordinary international tribunal supported by an international panel and the UN could be held in Switzerland - a neutral host for the respect of international human rights and democracy. NB: The political hostage and "Lockerbie victim no. 271" Abdelbaset Al Megrahi is suffering innocently since April 6th, 1999 until now: 322'910'600 painful seconds in Scottish prisons! The appeal must be taken out of the hands of the jurisdiction of the Scottish "Lord connection"! Justice For Abdelbaset Al Megrahi and Libya! |
|
7th of July, 2009: Delays, delays, delays and before a decision is taken by the High Court, a new questionable delay was produced in the case of Abdelbaset al Megrahi's appeal ! What wants the Criminal Justice Directorate achieve with these delays ? Lord Hamilton said the court has already heard full submissions on two grounds of appeal, but the court will not be able to give its decision on those grounds until autumn 2009. Why ?
MEBO answer: It is obvious that the Scotthis Justice with these tactics wants Mr. Megrahi to withdraw his appeal ! Only by renouncing his appeal the ill Mr. Megrahi has the possibility to return to his family by a prisoner transfer agreement between the United Kingdom and Libya. On the other side the Scottish Justice, with these nasty and dirty tactics, wants to defend its criminal Scottish Officials from a criminal prosecution! They are verifiable responsible for the manipulation and falsification of evidence in the Lockerbie-affair and therefore as their backers responsible for the miscarriage of justice against Libya and its Official Megrahi ... In this sense Scotland's top judge, Justice General Lord Arthur Hamilton, protects the two Scottish Criminal Officials of RARDE and known persons of the Scottish Police, responsible for counterfeiting and manipulation of evidences in the Lockerbie-Affair ! Some of the Scottish Officials are the true criminals in the Lockerbie Affair !!! |

Please watch now the full documentary film "Lockerbie revisited" by Regisseur Gideon Levy, shown to Scottish members of Parliament about important facts concerning the conspiracy against Libya.
http://tegenlicht.vpro.nl/afleveringen/2008-2009/lockerbie-revisited.html |
The main subject dealt with the notorious 'timer circuit board MST-13 fragment', called PT35B in the court records. FBI Task Force Chief Richard Marquise answered Gideon Levy's question G. L.: Would you have a case if you wouldn't have these evidence (MST-13 timer)? R.M.: Would we have a case. It would be a very dificult case to prove. It would be a very dificult case to prove ... I don't think we would ever had an indictment. And he said also: But I can tell you that now money was paid to any witness, any witness prior to the trial. No promise of money was made to any witness prior to the trial. G.L.: And was there paid any money after he trial? R.M.: I'm not gonna answer that.
And he said: If someone manipulated evidence, if somebody didn't invesitgate something that should have been investigated, if somebody twisted it to fit up up Megrahi, or Fimah or Libya, then that person will go to jail. I mean that sincerely, that person should be prosecuted for that.
Former Lord Advocate Lord Fraser UK; Detective Constable of Strathclyde Police Thomas Gilchrist UK; Ex forensic scientist Dr. Thomas Hayes (RARDE), Ex forensic expert Allen Feraday (RARDE) UK; Ex FBI laboratory official Tom Thurman USA; former FBI Spezial Agent and Task Force Chief Richard Marquise USA, Detective Chief Superintendent Stuart Henderson, Robert Müller (FBI-Director) and others should all be ashamed for their criminal and parasitic cover up of the Lockerbie tragedy.

After having analysed the documentary "Lockerbie revisited" by Gideon Levy and backed by my own investigations MEBO is convinced that the "Lockerbie conspiracy" to the damage of Libya and Abdelbaset al Megrahi was executed with tampered evidence under the Scottish flag by seven officials ! This could also be the reason for the long procrastination of the whole case in the hope that the criminal dealings of the seven officials fall under the status of limitations.
All the same the biggest fraud in the history of Scotland must be cleared up under all circumstances by a new investigation for the benefit of the bereaved of the 270 victims, the Libyan people and Mr. Abdelbaset al Megrahi.
Zurich, April 11, 2009
The political hostage and "Lockerbie victim 271"
Abdelbaset Al Megrahi, suffering since April 6th, 1999 until now:
315'360'000 painful seconds, innocent in scottish prisons...
******************************************************************************
The appeal is due to start on April 28, 2009
Open Letter to
The High Court at Edinburgh Scotland UK
Until now the Libyan official Mr. Abdelbaset al Megrahi is jailed innocently in Sottish prisons since 10 years !!!
Same accusation in the Lockerbie-Case - unequal judgement for the two Libyan officials, Amin Khalifa Fhimah and Abdelbaset Ali Mohmed Al Megrahi. Why this difference in the court judgements: not guilty and immediate release for Khalifa Fhimah and guilty (27 years of prison) for Abdelbaset Al Megrahi?
Only the wrong statement of Tony Gauci at Camp van Zeist made the difference: "The buyer of the dresses from alleged 7 December 1988 is identical to the one in photo position 8 (Q14), Mr. Abdelbaset Al Megrahi".
As circumstantial evidence shows the Scottish Justice knew very well that not only Fhimah but also the second acused Libyan, Mr. Megrahi, was innocent and should be aquitted. The Scottish Justiciary needs a push to save its image in the Lockerbie affair. They finally must begin to clear up the miscarriage of justice against Abdelbaset al Megrahi ...
Determining central proofs
The Scottish Justice knew:
Tony Gauci's first statements without outer influence by police officers:
+++
Facts:
The day after December 7, December 8, 1988 was an official public holiday and the "Mary's House" was closed. Gauci could not remember at a public holiday after the visite of the alleged clothes buyer!
As example, the day after November 23, November 24, was not an official public holiday, "Mary' s House" was open, as Gauci remembered precisely.
Wrong identification of the Libyan cloths purchaser by Tony Gauci. The Police robot drawing (Q12) of the Libyan man who purchased the clothes by Tony Gauci resembles to 90% Abdul Magjid Giaka (Q13), a Libyan CIA defector since August 1988 in Malta).
There was some very light rain on 23th of November 1988 from 18:00-19:15, while there was no rain on 7th of December 1988, from Mark Vella, Managing Director, METEOMALTA, also confirmed at the Trial Kamp van Zeist, from ex witness number 03, Major Joseph Mifsud chief meteorologist at the meterological office at Luqa Airport in Malta.
Since August 1990, definitely a wrong date was created (7th of December, 1988) in order to accuse deliberately Abdelbaset al Megrahi as the buyer of the cloths in "Mary's House".
MEBO: Mr. Abdelbaset al Megrahi was not in Malta on Wednesday, 23th of November 1988!
Had under the cover of the "Witness Protection Programm" (WPP) bribes been payed for inaccurate testimony with falsified/manipulated evidence?
MEBO's attempt to inquire:
After high amounts of money had been payed to Libyan CIA agent Abdul Maghid Giaka for immoral procuration of evidence and giving wrong evidence at Camp van Zeist, we have to focus also on the activities of the Gauci brothers:
> First Anthony Gauci, shopkeeper of "Mary's House" in Malta, was questioned on the occasion of police investigations on 1/2/8/10/13/14 and on 26 September 1989. Afterwards, from mid of 1991 on a big amount of money (possibly 3 mio. US$) was given to Gauchi for his testimony of wrong fabricated circumstantial evidence...
On April 14, 2009 diclosed crown documents are supposed to be handed over to the defence team of Abdelbaset al Megrahi in this context. This could bring clear insight into the bribes payed to the Gauci brothers ...
In Gauci's police statement (Prod. 469, page 1 and 7 at line 11) on the 10th of September 1990, Tony Gauci gives reference to the various police interrogations in September 1989: "I have been showed many photographs over the last year, and I have never seen a photograph of the man who bought the clothing".
MEBO: In all the picture parades shown to Gauci always a picture of Abdelbaset al Megrahi (Q9) was included but never a picture (Q13) of the Libyan CIA defector Abdul Magjid Giaka!
Probably it was supressed because Abdul Magjid Giaka resembled the policy robotdrawing Q12 to 90%!
Magjid Giaka alias "Puzzlepiece", was not a "Shirker" and a "Liar" as the FBI tries to present him today, but according to CIA cables and other indications he was the central man in Malta for the conspiracy against Libya. No wonder that the orders concerning him are still secret and under national security!
MEBO investigation concludes: Not Mr. Abdelbaset Al Megrahi was the Libyan buyer of cloths at Tony Gauci (Boutique Mary's House) on 7th of December but according to our investigation, on the 23th of November 1988, 18:45 clock, the Libyan Agent for the CIA, Abdul Magjid Giaka bought the cloths!
One of the classified cables reveals that before the PanAm 103 tragedy Giaka was under pressure from his handler to deliver additional indication of events inside Libyan Arab Airlines station at Luqa Airport against Abdelbaset al Megrahi and Lamin Khalifah Fhimah in the period before the 21th of December 1988. Giaka got the order to purchase cloths on the 6th of November 1988. This meeting was held in a safe house at Malta.
Another meeting was held on the 5th of December, before Abdelbaset al Megrahi arrived on the 7th of December in Malta and a further meeting took place on the 20th December 1988, the day before the Lockerbie-tragedy!
On the 14th of July 1991 Giaka left the Maltese shores unofficially on an US boat and was transferred to the USS Navy Vessel MS "Butte". For the interview his contact person was FBI Special Agent, Mr. Harold Mount Hendershot, and a number of other agents from the US Department of Justice.
Further interviews took place at Tyson's Corner near Washington USA on the following dates:
the 21st of July, the 22nd of July,
the 23rd of July, the 24th of July, the 25th of July,
the 26th of July, the 29th of July, the 30th of July,
the 31st of July, and the 1st of August.
In one of the interviews Abdul Majid Giaka gave certain "questionable" information in relation to an incident involving a suitcase at Luqa Airport.
FBI Agent Harold Hendershot, sworn as witness no. 689 at Kamp van Zeist; questions and answers, excerpt:
+++
Examination in Chief by Mr. Campbell: Q-- And was that a brown suitcase?
Witness Hendershot: A-- I would have to look at my notes to recall that specifically. Q-- In relation to that incident, on the 14th itself how detailed was his account? A-- If I recall correctly, his detail was very general. He wasn't even sure of the month at that time. He gave us an approximate time frame of October, November, and December of 1988, as to that incident occurring.
Q-- In general terms, then, in the course of the sequence of interviews over the next period, were you able to obtain from him more detail in relation to that incident? A-- Yes, sir. Q-- Am I right in thinking that in each of these interviews you yourself made handwritten notes of the interview? A-- Yes, I did. Q-- And at the end of the exercise, was a document called a FD 302 created? A-- Yes, sir, it was. (Prod. 1485)

Before the US/UK indictment against the Libyan officials Fhimah and Megrahi was published on the 14th/15th of November 1991 a further decisive US meeting with Magjid Giaka took place.
Mr Giaka received the following sums from the CIA, part cash, part via his bank account in Switzerland in his name:
On Fiscal Year 1989: US$ 29,460; 1990: $ 20'000; 1991: $ 26'000;and 1992: $ 26,000 again.
Official records until October 1999 show that the US Justice Department had payed US$ 324,000 in connection with Giaka for accommodation, travelling, etc. A code used on Giaka's form regarding the witness protection programme is "Puzzle Piece" WF 140440.

A mysterious and pre-emtive visit (1989) of Mr. Henry Woods Bell, Detective Chief Superintendent of Scottish Police in Malta
Superintendent Henry Wood Bell was involved in the investigation of the bombing of PanAm 103 on behalf of the Criminal Records Office in Glasgow.
He visited officially on the 11th of September 1989 the police authorities in Malta.
The purpose of the meeting with the prime minister of Malta, Mr. de Marco, police commissioner A. Calleja and officers from other countries (FBI, BKA Germany) was to brief Maltese authorities and to seek permission and authority to make inquiries in Malta regarding the air disaster.
Before the official meeting in Malta, after a meeting June 1989 with the Swiss police, two unauthorized investigation trips to Malta were made by a unknown officer in July and by officer Henry Wood Bell, on 1 - 8 September 1989 without the permission of the Maltese government. These inquiries werd related to the recovery of a blue Babygrow which had been tracked back to Malta.
MEBO information: The "subversively" use of a blue baby-overall (babygrow) was developed from Swiss police telephone monitoring from December 14-22, 1988 between Edwin Bollier and Mr. Ali, a driver in Tripoli, and has nothing to do with the PanAm 103 attack! (It concerns Ali's order of a blue baby-overall for his 1 - 2 year old baby son.)
When the Scottish police officer, Henry Bell, visited Anthony Gauci, "Mary's House" on September 1, 1989 there was no babygrow on stock. Mr. Bell made a report from Gauci's statement on the 1st of September 1989. The statement was not signed by Anthony Gauci until the 2nd of September 1989! Bell says that he returned to Gauci's shop on a second day and then had him sign the statement! Gauci said he would think things over that night and see if he could recall anything else ...
Were the Gauci brothers influenced by Henry Bell to tell what he wanted to hear?
Excerpt, trial Kamp van Zeist, witness no. 344 Mr. Henry Woods Bell:
+++
Q-- (Mr. Harry Bell) Did you have Mr. Gauci read the statement before he signed it? A-- No. Mr. Gauci could not read English, and the statement was read out to him. And he signed it. Q-- And in what language was the statement read out to him? A-- In English. Q-- In English... !!!
+++
> Had a big amount of money (possibly US$ 1,5 mio.) been payed to Tony Gauci's brother Paul around midth 1991 for wrong testimony and production of manipulated delivery receipts/bills concerning blue babygrows with Primark labels und Abanderado T-shirts? His position as Managing Director of the Wholesale Company "Big Ben"would habe made that easily possible (Invoice Prod. 488, 489).
Appaling is that Paul Gauci was not interrogated at Kamp van Zeist Trial about the date and time of the TV broadcoast of a football game which he had watched. Only his brother Tony Gauci was questionded about the TV broadcoast.
On the other hand later at Kamp van Zeist only Paul Gauci's doubtful statements concerning important details of the blue babygrow and the mysterious *Abanderado T-shirts was heard !
For remembrance: Tony Gauci statement after 11 years at the trial in Kamp van Zeist was:
+++
Q-- Mr Gauci, Would you look at an item of clothing, Label No.459, please. Do you recognise Label 459? A-- It's underwear, T-shirt. Q-- What make is it? A-- It's *Abanderado make. Q-- Did you, in 1988, stock T-shirts of that kind? A-- Yes. Yes. When I sold this one, I didn't sell T-shirts. Perhaps sombody else was there. I never sold him a T-shirt. Q-- You never sold the Libyan gentlemen a T-shirt? A-- On that day, no. On that particular order, no, that we are talking about, no. He could have come another day.

Between September 10 and 14, 1989 Tony Gauci was questioned by detective chief superintendent of the Scottish police, Henry Woods Bell, in the presence of the Maltesian police, Police Inspector Scicluna. The investigation focused on fragments of clothes found in Lockerbie (from PanAm 103) which were tracked back to Boutique "Mary's House" because of their label.
During these interrogations Toni Gauci was shown various pictures from fragments of clothes in a photobook which RARDE at Fort Halstead had handed over to the Scottish Criminal Record Office in Glasgow. (Prod. 495 and image 2)
Harry Bell made arrangements for Tony Gauci to attend at the police headquarters in Malta on the 13th of September 1989. Officers from the German police BKA were present together with a sketch artist. On the 14th September 1989 it was the first time Gauci had to identify the person on the photofit (Prod.430), and Gauci gave a statement (Prod.458).
On Wednesday, 26th of September, 1989 Tony Gaucy was again in the Malta headquarters in the presence of Inspector Bell and Mr. Scicluna he was shown a number of photographs of men. Gauci did not see the man whom he sold the clothing to. He pointed out one photoraph of a man who had the same hairstyle. Gauci's statement reads: "This is not the man I sold the clothing to, as the man in the photograph is too young. I have placed my initials on this photograph". (Signed Tony Gauci)
On December of 1989 Harry Bell showed to Tony Gauci a photo spread which included a photograph of Abu Talb (Prod. 1246). Does the label identify this as a selection of photographs, 6-12-89, was shown by Mr. Bell to Tony Gauci on the 6th of December 1989, a photo spread now, including image 1 which was the photograph of the man called Abu Talb. Gauci didn't pick anyone out from the photo spread.
Inpector Harry Bell did again see Tony Gauci in March of 1990. In a new statement (Prod. 467a) taken from Tony Gauchi on the 5th of March 1990, Gauci made reference having been shown a newspaper by his brother Paul (page 3 of the statement):
On page 3 on the report, which begins: "I have been asked if I can remember anything else. About six or eight weeks ago, my brother Paul was reading an English Sunday paper (believed Sunday Times of the 5th of November 1989), and he read some bits of the report to me, including that the man was in prison. I can't read English. He came to me and he showed me a page of the paper where a picture of a man was printed. I think the man's name was Abdilla. Paul read out the name. He asked me:
Is this the man who bought the clothing? And he made some remarks about the trouble it was causing the family.
I told him that I did not know if it was the man or not because I did not want him to know what I thought or to cause any more trouble. However, I think the photograph printed in the newspaper may have been the man who bought the clothing. He looks like him. I have been asked the name written in the paper, and I think it was Abdilla, but I'm not sure. I have been asked if I would know the name again, and I would. (DS Byrne then asked if the name was Abu Talb, and the witness very positively agreed that it was.) That was the name Abu Talb."
As a result of the ongoing inquiries, Inspector Harry Bell showed to Mr. Gauci in August of 1990 a further set of photographs. Production 468, a statement taken by Harry Bell from Mr. Gauci on the 31st of August 1990. Bell showed him 12 photo spreads, including persons who were of interest to the inquiry but Gauci could not see the photograph of the man who had purchased the clothing. He informed Mr. Bell that the man's photograph was not present. (including Photo Q9, Abdelbaset al Megrahi)
Mebo: After Gauci received an unknown money present, he was invited 1991 again to a meeting into the headquarters of Maltese police.
In February 1991 Harry Bell visited Malta again and showed a spread of photographs to Mr. Gauci.
On this occasion the spread of photographs included a person who was of interest to the investigation, the person's name was Abdelbaset al Megrahi. (Mebo photo Q9) Prod. 470 a is a statement taken by Mr. Gauci's on the 15th of February 1991:
The photo spread (Production 436 at image 1) shown to Mr. Gauci that day includes the photograph on position *8 of Abdelbaset al Megrahi. (Mebo photo Q9)
MEBO: What did Tony Gauci say when Harry Bell asked him to look at this photo sheet?:
Bell told him that he had a number of photographs with him and wished Gauchi to look at each photograph and take time for each.
Gauci's police statement, no. 470:
"On Friday, 15th of February 1991, I attended at police headquarters, Floriana, in Malta. Inspector Scicluna had asked me to come into the police office, and I agreed to come at 1.00 p.m.
I arrived at the police office about 1.10 p.m., and I met Mr. Scicluna and Mr. Bell. I was then introduced to two other men (DC Crawford and SA Reid). I was told by Mr. Bell that he wanted me to look at a few photographs in an attempt to see if I could identify the man who bought the clothing from my shop".
"I was asked to remember and picture the man in my mind, and I was told that the photograph of the *man may not be in the photographs that I was about to be shown today." (Photo Q9 was Abdelbaset al Megrahi)
Later in the same meeting:
Tony Gauci: "One of the men (DC Crawford) then handed a card to Mr. Bell. He took brown paper from this card (Production No. DC 839), and the card was placed on the table that I was seated at. I saw that the card was full of photographs of men. (MEBO: without photo Q12 of the libyan CIA defector, Abdul Magjid Giaka!!)
I looked at every photograph on the card, and I counted a total of 12 photographs on the card. The first impression I had was that all the photographs were of men younger than the man who had bought the clothing. I told Mr. Bell this. I was asked to look at all the photographs carefully and to try and allow for any age difference.
I then pointed out one of the photographs, and I later counted the photographs from the top left as number 1 (one), to this photograph at number 8 (eight). I would say that the photograph at number 8 (eight) is similar to the man who bought the clothing. (MEBO: photo number 8= Q14, Abdelbaset al Megrahi).
The hair is perhaps a bit long. The eyebrows are the same. The nose is the same, and his chin and shape of face are the same. The man in the photograph number 8 (eight) is, in my opinion, in his thirty years (30 years). He would perhaps have to look about ten years or more older, and he would look like the man who bought the clothes. It's been a long time now, and I can only say that this photograph number 8 (eight) resembles the man who bought the clothing, but it is younger.
I was asked to sign my name across the top left side of the photograph to indicate that this was a photograph I had identified to the police. I signed the photograph. I also signed the label for the card containing the photographs (Production Label Number DC 839)".
Very strange that Tony Gauci at the same meeting did not recognize the alleged buyer of cloths on Henry Bell's "photo spread", photo on position 8, (Prod. 436 at image 1, photo position 8) = (Mebo photo Q9 = Abdelbaset Al Megrahi). However he did recognize on the photo card of DC Crawford (Prod, no. DC 839 with 12 pictures) the photo number 8= (Mebo photo Q14= Abdelbaset al Megrahi).

MEBO: Photograph number 8= (Q14, Abdelbaset al Megrahi) was delivered to the FBI by the Swiss police (Passport visa application 1988).
Gauci: "Mr. Bell wrote down a statement from me. I can only say that of the photographs I have been shown, this photograph number 8 (eight) is the only one really similar to the man who bought the clothing. If he was a bit older, other than the one my brother showed me."
Doubtable investigation methods by Inspector Henry Woods Bell. For example: Excerpt as witness no. 344 in Kamp van Zeist:

A detailed commentary with complements is in progress for publication. |
After newest proofs, Libya and its official, Mr. Abdelbaset Al Megrahi, have the right for truth and justice, immediately. Reminder of an unbelievable precondemnation! Do not to forget the Daily Press Briefing of the US Department of State no. 168 from Thursday, November 14, 1991, Mr. Boucher: "Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen. Again, thank you for your patience and for waiting. I want to run through some basic facts about the bombing Pan Am 103 and how it was organized. I want to make some things clear from the outset: The bombers were Libyan Government intelligence operatives. This was a Libyan Government operation from start to finish." Spring, 2009: The Leader of Libya and Chairman of the African Union (AU) Muammar al-Gadhafi seeks to change the reputation of Libya on the world stage. Libya and all other victims in the Lockerbie case wait since years for a clear result in a revised judgement of the Scottish Appeal Justice. Libya and its Official have nothing to do with the PanAm 103 attack. Documents indicate that originally the CIA and an other western intelligence service planned also to involve Edwin Bollier (MEBO Ltd.) together with Mr. Abdelbaset Al Megrahi into the PanAm 103 plot! Edwin Bollier was told at the check-in at Tripoli airport that his already booked direct flight with Swissair to Zurich on December 20,1988 was fully booked and he should travel via Malta to Switzerland on the same day - the same flight on which Abdelbaset Al Megrahi was booked (*flight KM 107, on December 20, 1988 from Tripoli to Malta). According to a new statement Megrahi did not know that Bollier was planned to travel on the same flight as he was ! Bollier was suspicious because he didn't see many people on the airport and went to the Swissair Station Manager who told him that there were many empty seats on the Swissair flight to Zurich. So he took the direct flight to Zurich on December 20, 1988. Only Abdelbaset Al Megrahi (alias Ahmed Khalifa Abdusamad) traveled with flight KM 107 from Tripoli to Malta on December 20, 1988. Therefore Bollier was not in Malta on the same day as Abdelbaset Al Megrahi. The CIA was confronted with a new situation and the same intelligence people decided to involve the station manager of 'Libyan Arab Airways' , Mr. Lamin Khalifa Fhimah, into the complot. *Al Megrahi was instructed by his boss Ibrahim Bishari to travel to Malta on December 20, 1988 for a security order (not in connection with the bombing of PanAm 103) ... On September 14, 1997 former foreign minister, Ibrahim Bishari, died in a car crash in Egypt ... |
Important Facts, March 24, 2009 Quintessence in the "Lockerbie-Affair": Magjid Giaka and his chief Dave, Tony Gauci, police officer Harry Bell and other persons in the police corps of the FBI, the Scottish police, the Swiss police and the Federal Bureau of Criminal Investigations BKA were not involved in the attack on PanAm 103 but in the conspiracy to blame Libya for it!!! MEBO LTD TELECOMMUNICATION SWITZERLAND to The High Court at Edinburgh Scotland UK the full text Zurich 28 of February, 2009 THE GAUCI BROTHERS SAGA! MEBO Investigation of ex Key-Witness 595, Anthony Gauci, Boutique "Mary's House", Sliema Malta. Edwin and Mahnaz Bollier visited Mr Gauci on the 25th of January 2008 in his Boutique, "Mary's House" at Malta. At the beginning of September 1989 police officers from Scotland and Malta came to visit the shop "Mary's House" at Malta. They made inquiries (PanAm 103 crash) about items of clothing that a customer had bought from Tony Gauci. The officers spoke also with Gauci's brother Paul. Tony Gauci did not remember the date but allegedly remembered precisely all the clothes he had sold to a unknown Libyan"?" man... Notabene: The following differences in Gauci's statements have to be considered: 1) the sale was made before the Christmas decorations went up (at the Tower Road in Sliema); 2) before the Christmas light went up, (or on, or off); 3) they had said (the police officers) the lights were there, when they came to buy. Gauci's statements on the 14th of September 1989 (with clear *influential talks before on September 1 and 8, 1989, by Scottish police officer Harry Bell) NB: All interviews from Key Witnesses, was recorded on tape by scottish police. *Matter of facts at the trial at Kamp van Zeist (11th July, 2000): +++ Q- Do you remember being asked about that by the police when they came to see you? A- Yes, *they had said. And I had said the lights were there when they came to buy! +++ In Gauci's first personal interview (beginnig of September 1989, recorded) with Scottish police officer Mr Harry Bell Gauci said: the sale must have been after half past six in the evening, about a fortnight before Christmas 1988. Allegedly a Libyan citizen bought 2 pieces of Winter trousers label "Yorkie"; 2 pieces of pyjamas, label "John Mallia"; 1 jacket, label "Anglia", manufactured by a company called Bernard. 2 shirts label, "Slalom"; 2 cardigans, fabricated in Tarxien; 1 baby-overall, colour sky-blue and 1 umbrella. After the PanAm 103 attack, 9 months later by the police visit in his Boutique "Mary's House" at Malta: Mr. Gauci didn't know exactly when he sold the items to the Libyan "?" man, but he told the police on beginning of September 1989, in one of this interviews: "that the sale was made before the Christmas decorations went up at the Tower Road in Sliema! Eleven years later: 11th July, 2000 at the court in Camp van Zeist, witness Gauci gave to protocol that with the visit of the Libyan buyer in the Boutiqe "Mary's House": "the Christmas decorations went up"! Mebo explains: First Mr. Gauci had given a description of to the police, in this he say: "I sold the clothing to in November or December 1988". Excerpt from Gaucis statement on the 14th September 1989, Production 458. MEBO: Was the sale before the Christmas decoration, according to Gauci, then the sale was only between 18th November and the 5th December 1988 (start of the lighting)
The portrait on the police robot drawing Q12 is to 90% identically with Abdul Magjid Giaka, an Libyan CIA defector, since August 1988... The same robot drawing Q12 WANTED, is published in the book SCOTBOM: "Evidence and the Lockerbie Investigation", of FBI Specially Agent (Task Force) Richard A. Marquise, with the following text: "FBI artist rendition of the Libyan man said to have purchased clothing and an umbrella in December 1988". The suspect Crown witness in the Lockerbie Trial, was the Libyan secret service defector for CIA, Abdul Magjid Giaka. Ex Witness no. 684 in Kamp van Zeist. Meetings continued with his CIA agent in safe houses and the Embassy at Malta, one day before of the Lockerbie Bombing 21th December 1988, and after the bombing on March 1989... After PanAm 103 crash on March 1989, Mr Giaka Magjid were putting pressure on him from his CIA handlers, to give them more information about Megrahi's arrival on 20th December 1988 at Luqa airport, Malta. The most serious allegation against the accused Mr. Abdelbaset al Megrahi, was that Giaka claimed that he had seen Megrahi on December 20th at Luqa Airport bringing from Tripoli a Samsonite luggage identical to the one in which the bomb that destroyed Pan Am 103 was hidden. However, the CIA cable "T17" reveals that during the afternoon of December 20th, 1988, Giaka was reporting to his CIA handler in Malta?? MEBO clears up: Giaka's dubious statement does not correspond to the time, because Megrahi with MaltaAir, flight KM107, arrived in the evening around 18:00 clock at Luqa Airport! Giaka had looked at the visa picture (delivered by Swiss police) identified by Gauci. He said it was Abdelbaset al Megrahi. Giaka had also looked at *Fhimah's diary. He translated the arabic text written in it. Desisive exemple: "take tags from the airport; Abdelbaset, Abdul Salam" which could be a reference to Megrahi and the bomb-case. Giake, on this time said, neither Fhimah nor Megrahi had any business whit luggage tags as they were only supposed to be placed on bag by MaltaAir. *A product of it were Fhimah' s notes in its note book: The diary of Lameen Fhima- MEBO, published end of 1991: what does it really say? Discussions have been made as to the diary of Lameen Khalifa Fhimah, that FBI "pointed found" at the premises of Fhima´s travel company in Malta. Below is a copy of Fhima's diary entry, dated December 1988. The Crown alleges that this entry shows how Fhimah reminded himself of getting Air Malta tags on the same day as Abdelbaset Megrahi arrived from Zurich. In the US indictment No. 91-0645, page 11, the Americans wrote: "On or about December 15th, 1988, Lamen Fhimah made the following entries in his diary: "Abdelbaset is coming from Zurich with Salvu....and "take taggs (sic) from Air Malta." On or about December 15th, 1988, Lamen Fhimah made an additional entry in the "Notes" section of his diary: "bring the tags from the airport (Abdelbaset Abdul Salam". ok. But as it turned out, the American prosecution took the entries out from their original context! MEBO, published end of 1991: What do the diary entries really say? This is the Arabic translation. A copy of the diary entry from Fhimah's diary (appendix no. 58) - all labels (text no.) are brought together by a bowed line in the end of their message, made by Fhimah
Nothing at all in this entry has anything to do with Pan Am 103, as alleged by the prosecution. The tags from Air Malta were taken by Fhimah in order to provide the shop owner in Valetta with some specimen for a production of new tags. Fhimah planned to print his own tags for the travel company. It happened that on this day Megrahi was arriving, and Fhimah made a note about it, in order to know what flight Megrahi was arriving on. Later Fhima reminded himself to check on a business friend, named Salvu. In addition to the attendance of Giaka, there was another individual, who had introduced him to the United States Embassy in Malta, who initially acted as interpreter and subsequently as a source of information. The CIA is protecting the identity this person who is identified in the *cables as "T1". In my opinion the identity should be disclosed. The person who lives in the St.Paul's Bay area and the name appeared on the first witness list released with the first indictment. As the address, the Maltese Police Headquarters was given. Then after a protests, the identity was protected! Mr Giaka received the following sums from the CIA, part cash, part via his bank account at Switzerland in his name: 1989: US$ 13,000; 1990: US$20'000; 1991: US$26'000; and 1992: US$26,000 again. *over 25 CIA cables Malta-USA about "material" (information and orders) from Giaka between August 1988 and 14th September 1991, when Giaka spirited aboard the USS Navy Vessel "Butte" and given asylum. In Giaka's first statement to the police, he does not remember if he worked on the 21th December 1988 when there was remember if he worked on the 21th when there was the Air Malta flight, KM180 to Frankfurt, the day that the prosecutors are saying that the bomb was sent from Malta Airport. But he used to work three times a week and he thinks form the roster he was there on that day. Giaka says that he never saw Fhimah near the ticketing or the check in counter. Giaka told the CIA that once Fhimah in March 1986 opened a cupboard in Libyan Arab Airlines Office and showed him a beige coloured cartoon box and told him that that was 8 kilograms of TNT. Giaka told them that Fhimah told him that Al Megrahi gave it to Fhimah. Giaka says that there was "enough explosive to explode all of Malta" Quote from questionable statement, fiction... On 7th-9th December 1988 were others than, Mr. Abdelbaset al Megrahi, in Malta; the following Agents against Megrahi (ESO) and Libya in Malta:
