Following the publication by the USA and Scotland of the indictments against the two Libyan suspects, Mr. Abdelbaset Megrahi and Mr. Al Amin Khaliffi Fhimah, on NovemW 13.114., 1991;- additionally necessary forensic research into the mysterious PanAM-103-crash had quite obviously been fully stoppedl Based upon the results from this November 13.114. 11991-indictment, Mr. Megrahi and Mr. Fhimah had simply been summoned to sutender to Scottish- or US-authorites for trial!
Due to the very open-ended cialm of evidence, it took more than eight years for the suspects, to aetually surrender to the Scottish judicial authorities.
Despite the fact that solid numbers of key-prosecution arguments as well as many signific" items of alleged evidence have been severely questioned during the past years;- we must now assurne that nothing else had been done by the US-and Scottish authorities to follow all necess" leads connected with the severe questionesl To the contrary: the forensie teams had been rather quickly dismantled down to only several agents! Additionally, quite, likely to escape the duty for honest and truthful answers and recounts before the judges at Kamp Zeist, large numbers of official police-record-pads with notes covering the actual research reports following the Lockerbie-crash, have also been very conveniently destroyed!
Please, rernember that the authorities, the news-media and many other sources have continously referred to the PanAm-103-/ Lockerbie tragedy as the, "Biggest Criminal Incident of this Century"!
The police-detectives will now quite , likely not be sworn in for the Kamp-Zeist-proceedings, because they can no longer refer to their 1988-1991-notes;- end simple memory will be stretchable lilke a rubber-band!
It looks very much today as if everybody from the prosecution-side was eagerly interested to firmly defend the contents from the, "script-like", indictment of November 13/14, 1991. Why i.e. were E.Meister and E. Bollier from the MEBO company not allowed, for more than eight years, to view and examine the allegedly vital MST-13-timer fragment, that had allegedly been discovered in a T-shirt pocket more than, 8 years after the accident?
The very nervous activties that have been developed by the Lord Advocate's and the Crown's office after the surrender of Megrahi and Fhimah, demonstrate that nobody had actually expected the two suspects to be surrendered by Libya, for trial in the USA, Scotland or an international court. More than 10 years after the tragic Lockerbie-crash, all relevant prosecution arguments and evidence,- down to the smallest pin-head, should be clearly and indisputably presented on a crystal-clear glass-table!
We should not forget that more than 30 billion US$ worth of damages have alone accumulated for Libya due to the UN-/US-imposed sanctions that were actually based upon truly, "script-like", flimsical research-results!
