THE DERAILED LOCKERBIE-TRIAL AT CAMP ZEIST
The contents:
1) The oracle of Delphy announces the judgment for the Lockerbie-trial in advance:
"Not guilty- for lack of evidence" for both defendants: Mr. Abdelbaset Al Megrahi and Mr. Al Amin Khalifa Fhimah. The dead-pledge of the USA in form of sanctions against Libya will remain active as a shrewd form of political pressure.
2) The oracle of Delphy also predicts the truth: the two defendant Libyans have really nothing to do with Lockerbie according to the indictment;- they must be found innocent and would have to be acquitted straight down the line.
3) Has the Grown mislead the Court?...
4) The unprecedented influence that the USA have in the prosecution of these two accused?...
5) The background of the defense-team DUFF/TAYLOR and their pro?programmed political future!...
6) Why was the Crown-witness from MEBO, Edwin Bollier "grilled" by both of the defense-teams, using untruths to discredit this witness in an attempt to silence this technical expert?....
7) Has the defense-team DUFF intentionally committed the 25 major "error of omission" to then reach a compromise with the Crown-/prosecution in form of a "Not guilty for lack of evidence" result?
8) What would the result of top-experts be, top-experts that are now lacking in the DUFF-Defense-team? We believe the combined result of such technical experts would lead to a clean-cut acquittal for the two suspects according to the indictment !
9) Is the DUFF-defense-team cooperating with the prosecution-/Crown in several prominent points?...
10) The weak and unprofessional cross-examination by the DUFF-defense-team made it quite easy for the prosecution to maintain the preset position.
11) Why has the CIA (USA) suppressed the significant information from the Scottish autorities until the end of 1990 (legal assistance-agreement between MEBO-/Switzerland-/USA and Scotland), that the CIA maintained contacts with MEBO (Edwin Bollier) and with the Libyan agent (double-agent) Mr, Majid Giaka (P1)?
12) Lockerbie is a clear conspiracy against LIBYA, MEBO, ABDELBASET AL-MEGRAHI and KHALIFA FHIMAH ! Edwin Bollier was also supposed to be a defendant;- set up by an intelligence-service to return from Tripoli to Zurich via Malta on December 20,1988!
13) The well-targeted warning from a Scottish newspaper journalist, directed at the witness Edwin Bollier, stating that he would be arrested immediately following his arrival at Camp Zeist clearly demonstrates the correct assumption of a continous conspiracy !
14) Which intelligence-service booked Edwin Bollier on December 20, 1988 from Tripoli via Malta to Zurich;- when in fact Swissair offered two direct flights from Tripoli to Zurich;?with seats available that day???
15) Why was the former electronics expert and MEBO-employee for 25 years,
Mr. Ulrich Lumpert, (P5?), not interrogated on absolutely significant issues;-such
as discrepancies with earlier testimony given to the investigative authorities,
lies and i.e. his 3 visits to the USA, following the Lockerbie-disaster??
The question remains: was the first allegedly Lockerbie- recovered
MST-13 MEBO-timer fragment part of the allegedly broken PC-board that U.Lumpert
(P5?) claims to have disposed off?
16) The first official police-photograph showing the allegedly Lockerbie-recovered MST-13 fragment has (mysteriously) been exchanged in the official police-protocol files (Zurich-based), and can no longer be located!
17) What is the role of Mr. Badri Hassan, (P2?), founder of the ABH-company (with a Swiss-based office, only several feet from the MEBO-premises in the late 1980-ies ?) What about his travels and contacts before and after Lockerbie ? ...
18) Why has the Duff-defense team not placed expert questions before the Toshiba- representatives? Libya is said to have received 20'000 units of a Toshiba RT 8016 in 1988. The allegedly Lockerbie-recovered fragment from a Toshiba radio-recorder however is from a Toshiba radio-recorder, type RT 8016/SF16, that was sold in the USA only! ( ... not from the units delivered to Libya !
19) The Lockerbie-indictment could quite likely have been dropped months
ago (indictment against the defendants Abdelbaset Al-Megrahi and Khalifa
Fhimah), if the defense-team Duff had insisted to consult top-explosives
experts to precisely determine the centre of explosion on board the ill-fated
Pan-Am 103 cargo-hold!
World-renowned experts have already clearly determined that the explosion
could impossibly have had its centre within container AVE 4041 PA; but
definitely somewhere between the fuselage-skin and said container, on Pos.700.

World-renowned expert and explosives scientist Prof.Dr. Hitmar Schubert
from the very well-known and also world-famous Fraunhofer-Institute in
Germany states very clearly: "the prosecution works with wrong assumtions!
We now now very precisely today that no such small skin-fragments could
have developed from an explosion from within container AVE 4041 PA (distance:
63cm)! Earlier knowledge: no such bizarre skin-fragments !
20) Now puzzle-pieces are being added from the Camp Zeist-proceedings
almost daily; -puzzle- pieces that leave no doubt that "the biggest crime
of the century' is actually the result of a giant conspiracy against Libya!
Alone the fact that the CIA contacted the Libyan agent Majid Giaka very
shortly following the alleged ''erroneous'' downing of Iran Air that August;-
then driving him to actually become a double-agent (P1 ?), demonstrates
the well-planned conspiracy against Libya from the very outset of this
Lockerbie-tragedy!
Other incredibly well-fitting puzzle-pieces of this giant conspiracy
are: the conveniently timed order of 40 additional MST-1 3-timers exactly
in December of 1988, the suitcase with clothing that E.Bollier was asked
to carry with him to Tripoli when delivering said timers, the purchase
of two umbrellas by H. Badri from a Zurich-based umbrella-dealer shortly
before the Lockerbie-tragedy, the delayed booking by Swissair of the E.Bollier-trip
to Tripoli;-as well as the illogical booking E.Bollier's return trip via
Malta, the visit of the mystery-individual at the MEBO-offices end of December
1988, the mystery-visitor's order to have the phantom-letter typed on a
typewriter for Spanish language, the intentionally programmed Olympus-timer
( close to Lockerbie-time and day); (programmed by persons unknown to E.Bollier
and carried out "behind his back"), the Waidmann correspondence-episode,
the CIA contacting MEBO, the manipulated MST-13 MEBO-timer fragment, the
exchange of the officially introduced and signed MST-13-timer-photograph-,
and so many other occurrences demonstrate the wealth of conspirative activities
that had been implemented to draw the connection between Libya and Lockerbie.
The Camp Zeist events also suggest that Libya was to be connected with
several other events as well. One such incident was be connected with the
alleged MEBO-command-transmitter and command-receiver that had allegedly
been recovered from "Carlos" hotel room. It had also been planned to include
purely military explosives-tests from the Libyan desert.
The Duff-defense-team has thus also failed in these matters. MEBO-/Edwin
Bollier had meticulously collected all relevant documents and information
covering more than eight years, and handed the full package free of any
cost to A. Duff to help him prepare the proper defense! Instead, the Duff-and
Taylerdefense-teams and the Crown had followed the well-orchestrated conspiracy-script
to discredit and silence E. Bollier! Alone the pure technical footo hold
by MEBO /E.Bollier in the Lockerbie-matter would have forced about a clear
"NOT GUILTY"-verdict from the Camp Zeist judges ! Here we were waiting
for the Camp Zeist-trial to demonstrate the so brilliantly heralded, supreme
Scottish justice-system handle "the trial of the century". Yet, what we
have seen and heard so far is more a mockery of justice in general;-not
just Scottish justice! The thick tog covering the truth behind the Lockerbie-tragedy
has not actually lifted even an inch !
Lockerbie will quite likely enter the history-books as one of the biggest judicial disgraces ever;-and the politically ambitious and politically driven DUFF defense-team will be part of it!
