A German police raid (BKA), code-named "Herbstlaub", against a PFLP-GC subdivision in Neuss/Germany resulte in several arrests and dissolution of the PFLP-GC in Germany.

Return-trip of Mr. Abu Talb from Malta to Sweden:- with clothing that he had purchased in Malta.

November 23-26, 1988
Yet Mr. Abu Talb, seemed to have made another trip to Malta. From Swedishpolice evidence list, dated May 18, 1989, shows an listed as "flight ticket", route Malta, Rome, Stockholm, the ticket (with Abu Talb's name was used!

Mr. Khaled Jaafar no. 2, drug-courier, Student, arrives in Frankfurt/Germany, from Lebanon via Cyprus, the then official "waiting-room" for imminent DEA-drug.

A mystery-caller places a warning with the US embassy in Helsinki/Finland informing of a planned plot to down a PAN-AM aircraft, starting from Frankfurt airport, (FAA bulletin 8820, wich along with bulletin no. 8819, is referred to in the, "Helsinki-warning")

December 7, 1988
The FAA warned airlines that. on two occasions, phony law enforcmenet officers had made inquiries at TWA's Frankfurt airport-office about procedures for transporting explosives and detonators. No attempt was made to detain or question the bogus police officers.
By Wednesday, december 21, 1988, PanAm had every reason to be extremely vigilant as they checked in the 109 passengers to flight PA-103A to London Heathrow and New York JFK to detroit.
It is quite clear that notes on the canteen wall note-board at the US embassy in Moscow, detailing the "Helsinki- warning", tipped off many State Department employees, some of whom would undoubtly have died on flight PA 103, if they had not been given the chance to alter their travel-plans.

December 15, 1988
Mr. Charles McKee, ISA, at that time still staying in Lebanon, gave order to book a flight on CY 504 from Cyprus to Heathrow, to continue with PanAm 103, on December 21, 1988), to the USA. The actual booking was then made on december 15, 1988, with "OK".

December 15/16, 1988
Mr. Khaled Jaafar no.2, already staying in Germany, also booked for flight PanAm 103A from Frankfurt to Heathrow, to continue on flight PA-103 to Detroit on december 21, 1988, all with "OK".

Mr. Daniel Emmet O'Connor, had been booked "OK" for his flight on december 21, 1988, but then due to the alleged illnes of his father, was rescheduled, on december 16, 1988 onto flight CY 504 from Cyprus to Heathrow, and from there by PanAm-103, on december 21, 1988 to New York/Detroit, USA, all with an "OK".

Mr. R. Albert Lariviere, security oficer, had been booked on December 16, 1988., from Cyprus to Heathrow by CY 504, and from there by PanAm-103 with booking "OK".

Mr. Matthew Kevin Gannon, CIA/DEA, was also booked on december 16, 1988, from Cyprus to Heathrow by CY 504, and from there by PanAm-103 with "OK" booking on to Detroit on December 21, 1988.

Unknown individuals (secret service?), entered the premises of MEBO AG.

1- Drug operation "Korea" starts @Time 739

2- Capt. John Hubbert sents two brown "Samsonite" suit-cases from Berlin via Frankfurt "online" to Seattle/USA on December 21, 1988. One of these suitcases was subsequently discovered in Lockerbie, the other one did arrive in Seattle on a different flight!

3- Mr. Khaled Jaafar no.2 travels on PA-103A from Frankfurt to Heathrow, to continue his trip to the USA on Pan Am-103 (seat no. 53K)

4- Mr. Khaled Jaafar no. 1, travels from Cyprus with CY-504 direct to London Heathrow, to continue trip to Detroit on PA-103. (1. class) ??

5- Mr. John McCarty, US-ambassador, cancels his "OK"- booked flight on PanAm flight 103!

6- CIA-operatives Matthew Kevin Gannon, Charles McKee, Daniel Emmet O'Connor and Ronald Albert Lariviere travel on december 21, 1988 on flight PA-103 from Heathrow to USA.

These passengers had not been warned by the State Department or any other agency to avoid this PA-103-flight. Though a number of warnings came through the FAA and various agencies, a number of VIP's and intelligence operatives were pulled off the PA-103-plane! @hz867

Partial list of VIP's that were booked "OK" on PanAm-103, but subsequently changed their scheduled flight that very day:

No.1: Mr. Steve Green, assistant-administrator, office-intelligence DEA

No.2: Mr. Oliver Revell jr., son of Mr. Bucjk Revell, FBI-head investigation for the Lockerbie case

No.3: Mr. John McCarty, US-ambassador to Cyprus.

No.4: Mr. Pik Botha, the former South African foreign minister and his delagation, consisting of a total of 22 persons. Mr. Gerrit Pretorius, Mr. Botha's private secretary at that time, confirmed that the South African delegation had been booked on flight PanAm-103, but said it had arrived in Heathrow Airport one hour early and the South African embassy had arranged a different flight to new York. (along with Pik Botha were i.e. General Mallon, Defence Minister and General Van Tonda, Head of the South African Secret Service BOSS, and several other senior government officials.)

No.5: Mr. Basura, was a suly booked and processed passenger at Heathrow airport who then had made himself allegedly so drunk in the waiting room, that it was decided to not let him board this flight PA-103!

The interesting discovery is that, Mr. Basura's baggage was subsequently not being unloaded, offering the reason for later sue PanAm for compensation due to disregard of safety-regulations!

The investigating authorities will have to clarify if this incident had been "planned" by a script-like scenario. It seems to be possible that his seat had subsequently been occupied by Khaled Jaafar no.1! The total number of bokked and expected passengers would thus have totalled the expected tally anyway!

December 21, 1988

CRASH OF PAN AM - FLIGHT- 103 OVER LOCKERBIE AT 7.03 PM

***Was it actually a radio-recorder-bomb?----or sabotage on the loadingdoor?-or sabotage on the fuel-tank?

Did all above deseribed incidents, (with the exception of one drug-transport from Frankfurt of Mr. Khaled Jaafar no.2), ment to shield the quite possible and perfectly planned sabotage on flight PA-103 ???

Whatever, the case may be, someone had to know far in advance that PanAm-103 would crash shortly after the start!***

Only a well-informed insider agent who himself was part of the preparation in the PanAm-103-plot, with open contacts to the Secret Service BOSS, was able to warn BOSS, and others on short-term to not board PanAm-103!

a) December 30, 1988
A so far unidentified, decisively determined individual pays Mr. Edwin Bollier, an unannounced visit at the MEBO AG offices in Zurich. This mystery-visitor already knew only nine days following the Lockerbie- crash that MEBO would be linked to the Lockerbie-crash. Today we know that the only MEBO- involvment said to exist, reflects from the MEBO-MST-13-timer-fragment that had allegedly been discovered inside a T-shirt pocket more than a year following the PanAm-103-crash.

Why then did this mystery-visitor of December 30, 1988 know only nine days after the crash, that such a fragment would be discovered in the Lockerbie field of debries ? Other coercive activities by this mystery-visitor are decribed in a separate paper:- thus adding to the suspecion that a well-prepared script did exist for most of the Lockerbie-stories and myths.

The official forensic-and government authorities for the Lockerbie-case accuse the PFLP-General Command Ahmed Jibril, to be responsible for the alleged plot on flight PaAm-103!

Here is one of the many anomalies of the flight PA-103 story, Mr. John Orr, Detective Chief Superintendant and his ultimate superior, Scotlands senior law offocer, Mr. Lord Advocate Peter Fraser, have in their few public statements on the criminal inquiry been at pains to stress two things: first, that substantial and significant progress is being made; an second, that international cooperation with all concerned agencies could not be better. Yet despite this alleged international cooperation, the West German authorities have been quick to try and deflect allegations of culpability that might show up shortcomings on their territory.

As late as the end of March 1989, West German public prosecutor, Mr. Jochen Schroeder, was saying publicly that there was no evidence at all to suggest the bomb went on to flight PA 103A at Frankfurt Airport. Privately, his office was also briefing journalists that 26, Oktober raid that uncovered the radio cassette device was totally unconnected with the tragedy. @SBN 0473

May 14, 1989
"Granada Television, UK", had been commissioned tp produce the documentary "Deat over Lockerbie". The contents of this film are based on official forensic research results and police records. It is strange, though to learn that at this early stage in time;-even befor Libya was singled out in Nov. 1991 to be responsible for the Lockerbie-plot, the following details have mysteriously already been known:

1) that Abu Talb stayed in Malta from November 23 to 26, 1988, to also be identified as buyer of clothing at the "Mary House" boutique!

2) that a film-sequence shows a brown "Samsonite bomb-suit-case", containing the alleged "Toshiba" radio-recorder, type "Bombeat 453" being loaded onto Malta Air KM-180

3) that the PFLP-General-Command-Group was first quickly blamed for the "PanAm- 103-plot".

June 15, 1990
Mr. Tomas Thurman, FBI Superintendent forensic expert, explaining that he knew on June 15, 1990 that this fragment was part of a MST-13 Mebo Timer that allegedly triggered the Lockerbie bomb.-- It remains to be said at this point that T.Thurman has since been fired for allegedly manipulating forensic evidence in non- Lockerbie related cases!

Summer of 1990
Edwin Bollier and Erwin Meister from MEBO AG, receive visitors from the Swiss Federal Police. On a police-photograph from the US-forensic team, FBI, they were the shown a fragment from a MST 13 timer circuit-board, that had allegedly been discovered from the field debris at Lockerbie;- similar in shape and size as the earlier discovered fragment that allegedly belongs to a radio-recorder pointing to the PFLP-GC.
Edwin Bollier realized immediately that this fragment could be from a MST-13 timer, of which MEBO had delivered about 20 MST-13 timer to the Libyan Defence ministry between 1985 and 1986, (2-3 years prior to the Lockerbie-catastrophy).

Erwin Meister and Edwin Bollier were then subsequently officially interviewed by the FBI and the Scottish police until mid-1991, using the guidlines of the Swiss agreements for legal addistance that are in existence with Scotland/Great Britain and the USA.

a) February 9, 1991

The conference with R. Fanning, (FBI Legal Attache, US-embassy Bern) resulted in a quick invitation to travel to the USA on February 9, 1991. During the conferences at the FBI in Washington, the FBI had frequently asked E.Bollier to produce the fragment-MST 13 that had allegedly been discovered in Lockerbie. The reason for this request stems from the total MEBO-research into this subject. The result of this research suggests that the alleged fragment is a forgery! Even the official story of how the fragment had been discovered is far from convincing.

A weird thing also happened with a robot- photograph that E.Bollier was to identify in Washington. This photograph had already been shown to E.Bollier in Zurich! It pictures Mr. Abu Talb, the possible buyer of the clothing in the Gaucci-shop in Malta.

The same photograph shown to me in Washington, had been altered to now -picture the Libyan national: Mr. Abdel Baset Megrahi.--- At first, E. Bollier told the FBI in Washington, that the robot-photograph now resembles to about 50% Mr. Megrahi. Suggestive coaching by FBI then had E. Bollier agree to a possible 70%-likeness. The FBI agents then were quick to have E. Bollier sign this statement!


b) February 9, 1991

E. Bollier was then told that the heavily MEBO-disputed fragment was being safeguarded in Scotland! Wen I returned to Switzerland from my visit to the FBI, it was just about the time Libya was clearly singled out to be the country of origin for the planning and execution of the plot to down PanAm flight 103.

October 1991
KEY EVIDENCE SOURCE
The Libya-oriented investigational direction may have been assisted by a defecting Libyan agent, Mr. Abu Maged Jiacha, who had been a Libyan intelligence Officer???,-at Malta while purporting to be Assistant Station Manager of Libyan Arab Airlines at Luqa, where Messre Fhima and Megrahi also were. Mr. Jiacha is said to have been encouraged to defect for financial reasons and to have gone to USA under safeguard of the Federal Witness Protection Program!

Mr. Jiacha is said to have appropriated, and later handed over to investigators, Mr. Fhima's personal diary in which , allegedly, some entries refer to the action against Flight103- in such entry, dated 15december, he had written, "Bring tags from the airport".

November 14, 1991
Various pieces of the Lockerbie-puzzle had been manhandled and forged into alleged partial picture (it was not even important whether or not they would match), that would place Libya in the centre of attention! The indictment of November 14, 1991 also identifies two Libyan nationals that from then on would be accused to have planned and executed the alleged bombing of PanAm flight 103 over Lockerbie. (criminal indictment no: 91-0645 USA/ Indictment Edinburgh, of November 13, 1991.

October, 1993
MEBO discovered that two MEBO MST-13 timers had also been purchased buy the "Institut for Technical Research", Bernau DDR, by a special division of the former Staats-Sicherheits-Dienst "STASI" of then German Democratic Republic (DDR) It has never been determined for what purposes these timers had been used.

January to August., 1994
A Mr. XY, allegedly general manager of the intelligence company XX in the USA, kept close contact during this period of time with E. Meister and E.Bollier.
Tape-recordings and other documents held by MEBO indicate that Mr. XY actually works for an Intelligence Service. A compatative service from England sent dosuments to MEBO that prove Mr. XY to also have worked for the South African Service BOSS ! (or may be he still works for BOSS).

Remember that the Sout African delegation of Pik Botha had booked on flight PanAm-103 with General, Van Tonda, Head of the sout African Secret Service BOSS, but had their trip to the USA changed to another flight by the South African Embassy in London, following the known warning!

When XY's., true identity had been uncovered by MEBO, he ended the conversation in typical intelligence-fashion! His last words were sent to MEBO by fax on August 1, 1994:

BY FAX, 1 AUGUST 94

Smears are being made against me arising from my longstanding research of the outrage against Pan Am Flight 103. The most serious of these is an utterly false allegation that I am working for Libya in this matter. I am not now working for Libya nor any Libyan accused nor have I ever done so. No have I ever been in communication with Libya. In contrast, at all times since December 1988 I have kept appropriate officials of State in USA and UK informed of my 103-research directions. Because of the smears against me I have decided that with immediate effect i shall not seck further input about Flight 103, nor under any circumstances will my research archive or analysis be available to any instance. I am appalled by the internecine warfare in this case. I do not wish to be any part of that warfare, hence my withdrawal. I shall have no further comment.
