The biggest criminal case: "Lockerbie" unfolds for the USA to gradually become the biggest accumulation of lies of the century!

For several years now the Scottish Crown and the US-Department of Justice have been proclaiming to the world that the evidence of the "Supergrass" witness no. 684, Abdul Majid Giaka, would directly implicate the two Libyans: Mr. Abdulbaset Ali Mohamed Al Megrahi and Mr. Al Amin Khalifa Fhima in the bombing of PanAm-103!

"Supergrass" Giaka proved to be total flop for the USA! His testmony was not fit to incriminate the two suspects! The question remains: was Giaka being precisely coached and manipulated by CIA for his role as the "ultimate" Crown-witness, in order to drag the two Libyan suspects into the PanAm-103-case?

Recollection:
E.Bollier (MEBO) visited the FBI in Washington DC from February 9-15, 1991 to clarify, among other items, the subject of the phantom-letter that was to charge Col. Gadhafi and Mr. Sanoussi to be directly involved with the alleged outrage on PanAm-103! It is known that only nine days following the downing of PanAm-103, MEBO INC. (Bollier) was visited by a sharp-tongued individual, most likly a secret service agent, wo bullied Bollier to concoct such a phantom-letter on a typewriter for Spanish language; -and to then forward this letter to the CIA! Why did it have to be a typewriter for Spanish language? Had the planners figured to run a "multipack" by charging Libya with Carlos and Lockerbie? This suspicion moves very close today since the witness Edwin Bollier had actually been confronted with both incidents: Carlos and Lockerbie, during his deposition at Camp Zeist!

The FBI was well aware of the fact that the contents of this phantom-letter were pure fantasy, at least one year prior to the date of the official indictement (Nov.14,1991)! Was it Chance or straight planning that Mr. Giaka (following Bollier's visit in Washington) took the role of denouncer and subsequent Crown-witness? On the one hand there was no value in Bollier's phantom-letter: -on the other (hand-because of the already well-worked-out "Desertstorm-war") Libya simply had to be charged with the Lockerbie-plot!

It is planned to Internet- plublish all documents and material that MEBO has handed to the court at Camp Zeist in form of a new summary. Supplementary to the facts that were so far revealed during the trial-proceeding at Camp Zeist, another focal line will then open up!

All legal representatives of the bereaved and otherwise suffering, as well as the DUFF-defense-team are vividly asked to urge the court at Camp Zeist to hire the world's best independent experts to once again flood-light the purely technical details of PanAm-103! MEBO-research results clearly prove i.e. that there was no explosion from within container AVE 4041PA!

Also: a MEBO-MST-13 timer-fragment that has been manipulated and altered from the date of discovery from the field of debris at Lockerbie, todate, is from a nonfunctioning prototype PC-board that has never been delivered to Libya! MEBO points the finger at a perfectly planned conspiracy against Libya!

EXAMPLE:
Persistence of lawyers representing the bereaved in a similar air-tragedy in Italy have succeded to see a trial take place 20 years after the crash; - and still in search for the truth!

The subject: USTICA
Thanks to indepth technical research by top-forensic experts it has now been discouvered that the downed DC-9, flight 870 (Itavia Airlines), had been hit by a NATO-missile! In this tragedy too, documents had been withheld by claiming "top-secrecy" in order to cover up the full truth!
