The thing that Edwin Bollier, MEBO Ltd had not made public until now but was long kept from the Scottish investigators was the following fact:
It was a fraud!

It is very simple:

In one minute it is clear to a non specialist that the central piece of evidence of the MST-13 timer fragment with the police no. PT/35, which associated the state of Libya and Mr. Abdelbaset Al Megrahi and the Pan Am 103 attack over Lockerbie indicates fraud.

Evidence: Image 1

Shows the MST-13 fragment (PT/35) which was allegedly found in the wreckage of the crashed Boeing 747 in Lockerbie.

This illustration shows the fragment in its original state, as it was originally captured in a Polaroid photograph on September 12, 1989.

This fragment originates from a hand-made brown MST-13 timer PC Board (Prototype).

On PT/35 there were some specific characteristics, among other things the letter "M" was carved into it.

Comparison: Image 2

Shows the MST-13 timer fragment, which was sawed into two parts in Scotland for forensic reasons. The large piece was given the police no. PT/35(b) and the smaller one was given the no. DP/31(a).

In Image 2 the larger piece was replaced with a green duplicate MST-13 fragment*.
*Characteristics: In the duplicate no. PT/35(b) (fake) it can be clearly seen that no letter “M” was carved into it!

Background of the “Scottish fraud”:

Because the 20-piece MST-13 timers, which was supplied by MEBO Ltd. to the Libyan Army, two years before the “Lockerbie case” were not equipped with the brown hand-made MEBO prototypes of the MST-13 PC boards but instead had green mechanically manufactured MST-13 PC boards from the Türing company, it was not possible to “fabricate” any intentional link of Lockerbie to Libya.

That is why the brown prototype MST-13 fragment was replaced with the green, mechanically manufactured Türing MST-13 PC board duplicate!

It is good that the “forger” forgot to carve in the letter “M”…

Edwin Bollier VR, MEBO Ltd

Was Edwin Bollier, MEBO Ltd bis heute nicht öffentlich publik gemacht hatte, aber den schottischen Untersuchungsbehörden längst vorgehalten wurde, war folgende Tatsache: Es war ein Betrug!

Es ist sehr einfach:

In einer Minute ist für ein nicht Fachmann klar, dass das zentrale Beweisstück des MST-13 Timerfragments mit der Polizei No.PT/35, welches den Staat Libyen und Mr. Abdelbaset Al Megrahi mit dem Panam 103 Attentat über Lockerbie in Verbindung gebracht hatte, auf einen Betrug hinweist.

zeigt das MST-13 Fragment (PT/35) welches angeblich in den Trümmerteilen der abgestürzten Boeing 747 in Lockerbie gefunden wurde.

Diese Abbildung zeigt das Fragment im original Zustand, wie es erstmals am 12.September 1989 von Dr. Thomas Heyes auf einer Polaroidfoto festgehalten wurde.

Dieses Fragment stammt von einem handgemachten braunen MST-13 Timer PC-Board (Prototype) ab.

Auf dem original Fragment PT/35 war u.a. Merkmalen, der Buchstabe "M" eingekratzt

Vergleich: Bild 2

zeigt das MST-13 Timerfragment, welches aus forensischen Gründen in Scotland in zwei Teile zersägt wurde. Das grössere Teilstück bekam die Polizei No. PT/35(b) das kleinere Teilstück die No. DP/31(a).

Für Bild 2 wurde das grössere Teilstück durch ein grünes Duplikat MST-13 Fragment *ausgetauscht.
*Merkmal: Auf dem Duplikat No. PT/35(b) (Fälschung) war deutlich sichbar, kein Buchstabe "M" eingekratzt!

Hintergrund des "schottischen Betrugs":

Da die 20 Stück MST-13 Timer, welche von MEBO Ltd an die Libysche Armee, zwei Jahre vor dem "Lockerbie-Fall" ausgeliefert wurden, nicht mit braunen handfabrizierten Mebo Prototypen MST-13 PC-Boards bestückt waren, sondern mit grünen maschinell hergestellten MST-13 PC-Boards der Firma Türing, konnte man keine vorsätzliche Verknüpfung von Lockerbie nach Libyen "fabrizieren".

Deshalb wurde das braune Prototype MST-13 Fragment mit einem grünen maschinell hergestellten Türing MST-13 PC-Board Duplikat ausgetauscht!

Gut dass der “Fälscher” vergessen hatte einen Buchstaben “M” einzukratzen...
